Litany is a form of prayer with the same answer to several appeals or requests. This prayer is generally said after the Rosary, Novena or as part of the Worship for the Spirits but can also be said separately especially during November / Month of Holy Souls in Purgatory.  Reciting the Litany is not only beneficial for the souls but also helps our inner examination who prays for it.
